What's the difference in out-looking between soft enamel and hard enamel?

Please check the below comparison pictures, you will find: A. Surface: soft enamel touch similar to 3D and hard enamel is smooth. B. Raised metal line: the line of hard enamel is thicker than soft enamel.

I want to make enamel pin, but I have no artwork, can you help?

Yes, absolutely! We offer FREE art and design services with every order!

How should I supply my own artwork to you if I'd like to custom enamel pin?

Most preferred format is Illustrator or .eps vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also accept .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files. We highly recommend the use of Pantone Matching System colors in your art in order to reproduce the colors you require. For our Digital Pins, artwork should be at least 300 dpi or higher.

Could you offer a sample of lapel pin before mass order?

Sure, you can pay the mold fee first, we will make samples for you to check the effect. After confirming the samples, you can pay the rest, and we will make the full order for you.

What is the difference in the material between zinc alloy and iron?

The production process is totally different, zinc alloy is much difficult to handle and the price is a bit expensive than iron. But zinc alloy is more suitable for the designs with small cut out areas or some irregular-shaped designs.
